Order Processing Deadline
All orders are shipped with DHL Express (1-2 days) or UPS (3-7 days)!
Orders and payments received before 14:00 PM CET , Monday to Friday, will ship the same day.
Orders received after the above cutoff time or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Please note that we cannot expedite last-minute orders that are placed after our deadline.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are specific to your location and can be found during checkout after inputing your address.

Cloud7OH upholds the delivery standards that we quote on our website during checkout. There may be rare occasions where delivery is delayed due to reasons outside of our control. Cloud7OH will not be held liable for any shipping carrier service failures, including delayed deliveries, lost packages and or intercepted, delayed, or seized by customs authorities.
We request that you double-check your shipping address is correct when placing your order (including any unit or apartment number), then verifying this again in your order confirmation email.
Cloud7OH is not responsible for covering any charges for items returned to us, due to incomplete or incorrect addressing provided to us by a customer. These items may be subject to a ‘Return to Sender’ fee, as well as the original shipping costs to re-send the order.
Returns
Any product that is unopened may be returned to us for store credit of equal value within 14 days from the ship date. Items must be returned in an undamaged and untampered condition. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and tracking of the returned product.
