6. Returns & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
- Returned products must be unopened, untampered, and in original condition.
- Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
